This page lays out the basic information for parents on classroom attire More detailed competition requirements are communicated as the year progresses and costumes are chosen
Hair Requirements
Ballet and Learn to Dance Classes:
Hair pulled up into a bun.
Acro:
Low Bun
All other Classes:
Ponytail, Bun, Braids, etc. All hair MUST be off of the face.
***In the event of shorter hair, please ensure that the hair is pulled off of the face via headbands etc.***
Ballet/Lyrical:
Bodysuit with an optional wrap or shorts and tights.
Modern/Contemporary:
Bodysuit or an athletic style top with athletic bottoms and tights.
Tap/Jazz:
Bodysuit or an athletic style top with athletic bottoms and tights.
Acro:
Bodysuit with form fitting biker shorts. No tights.
HipHop:
Bottoms - Sweats, Leggings, or shorts with tights.
Tops - Any style top, including hoodies and sweatshirts.
It is recommended to have legs covered while in HipHop classes as floor burn can occur.
Musical Theater/Song and Dance:
Bodysuit or an athletic style top with athletic bottoms and tights.
*No jewelry, jeans or denim of any kind are allowed in the classroom.
